Shipping charges are exempt from discounts and are non-refundable.

Please allow for up to 7 business days for your order to be delivered. If you are wanting an urgent delivery, please get in contact with us to arrange this. 

PREORDERS

If you have ordered multiple products and one or more of the products are pre-ordered, then ALL pieces will be shipped together once the pre-ordered product/s are available. If you would like your in-stock products to be sent beforehand then you will need to place two separate orders (one for in-stock products and one for pre-ordered products) to cover shipping costs. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

DELIVERY

Items will generally be packed within 24-48 hours of purchase and dispatched between 2-7 business days. Please note that we only ship orders on weekdays and orders placed on weekends will be packed and shipped the following week. 

If we encounter any delays with shipping your order, we will notify you to discuss.

RETURNS

We do not refund change of mind purchases, this includes incorrect sizing. However, we can offer you a store credit. We only offer refunds on faulty, incorrect or falsely advertised items. 

• All products that are on sale can not be exchanged or be refunded for. Once a sale item is purchases, the sale is final.
• Bottles are a non refundable product and all sales are final once purchased due to hygienic reasons unless faulty.
• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• We accept returns and refunds for faulty items. If you receive a faulty product from us, please contact us immediately with a picture of the faulty item that you received to fallowandfig@hotmail.com.
