Colour Discrepancy

Please note when purchasing online, colours may appear differently on devices/computers and may not be exactly true to colour. We try our best to take photos in natural lighting to get the most accurate colour representation, however, every device shows colours differently and we are unable to give refunds on products due to the colour it shows on your device. If you are unhappy with the colour of the item you have received, we are more than happy to give you a store credit. 

Change of Mind

We do not refund change of mind purchases, this includes incorrect sizing. However, we can offer you a store credit. We only offer refunds on faulty, incorrect or falsely advertised items. 

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, once you receive your item, you can send it back for a store credit. 

Lost Parcels and Incorrect Address

We are not liable for any lost parcels if the address you have provided us is incorrect. If you notice the shipping address you have provided is incorrect, please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to resolve the issue if possible. 

If your parcel is returned to the sender (Fallow + Fig) due to not being collected, we will contact you to pay for the shipping cost again. If you choose not to pay for the shipping cost, a store credit on the product value only will be issued. 

Damage/Faulty Products

We are not responsible for damage in transit. If your product/s arrive damaged, you will need to file a report with Australia Post.

If you receive the item and only the packaging is damaged, then no action will be taken unless it affects the use of the item.

You must inform us of your faulty product/s within 7 days of receiving your order.

Images of faulty products MUST be provided for any action to be taken. If a faulty product has been used, no refund/exchange will be given. 

Preorder

DATES GIVEN ARE ONLY ESTIMATES

When ordering a preorder item, please note all other items in your order will not be shipped until your preorder item arrives. The timeframes given can change at any time, due to possible delays in receiving the item. 90% of preorder items are shipped within the given time frame. By purchasing a preorder item, you understand that any delays are not Fallow + Fig's fault and you can only receive a store credit if you wish to cancel your order. Please understand the nature of preorder items and that delays and unforeseeable issues can arise.
