Vegan Waxes - our combination of natural vegan waxes are rich in squalene and vegetable sterols that replenishes the skins barrier, prevent trans epidermal water loss, restore skin suppleness.
Mango Butter - provides immediate hydration and forms a gentle barrier for protection, whilst beautiful Shea Butter imparts much needed anti-inflammatory and healing properties.
Camellia Oil - is the ultimate multitasker, exhibiting exceptional antioxidant activity, penetrates quickly into the skin, highly moisturising and cooling, anti-inflammatory and helps relieve tender dry, cracked skin.
When should I begin using this product?
Begin use two weeks prior to commencing nursing to help condition skin, applying twice daily.
Should I apply Mama Balm after each feed?
Yes. Gently apply a small amount of balm to clean dry nipples after feeding. No need to remove residue prior to nursing, though we recommend a clean, slip-free surface to enouyrcare babies latch.
Do not apply the balm directly before feeding, this may impact your babies latch and your little one doesn't need a mouth full of balm with their milk.
PRECAUTIONS: Always patch test before use. For external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Avoid contact with eyes. Store in a dry, cool place, out of direct sunlight.
Can I use Mama Balm on areas aside from my nipples?
Absolutely. Mama Balm can be used on any area of your skin experiencing dryness and irritation.
